Refund policy

1. Booking Confirmed by Payment

Any booking confirmed by payment is considered firm and binding.

Vehicle rental bookings made for a specific date or period are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for certain distance contracts, in accordance with the exceptions set out under applicable European regulations for vehicle rental services on a specific date or period.

2. Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before the Booking

The customer may request cancellation of their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking date.

If the cancellation is accepted by TRUST Rental more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking date, the customer may be refunded 70% of the amount paid.

3. Fees Retained by TRUST Rental

The remaining 30% is retained by TRUST Rental.

This 30% covers costs related to the booking, request processing, vehicle preparation, and immobilisation of the reserved vehicle.

4. Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before the Booking

The customer may no longer cancel their booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking date.

Any cancellation request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking date will not be eligible for any refund.

5. Absence, Delay, or Non-Use

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

- customer absence,
- customer delay,
- no-show,
- non-use of the vehicle,
- non-compliant, invalid, expired, or insufficient driving licence for the category of vehicle reserved,
- booking error made by the customer,
- change of mind,
- personal issue affecting the customer,
- weather conditions,
- early departure,
- early return of the vehicle.

6. After Signing the Contract or Taking Possession of the Vehicle

From the moment the customer signs the rental contract, takes possession of the vehicle, or begins the reserved rental period, the rental is considered final.

No refund may be issued after this point.
